4. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA Notice, we will:

c. Take reasonable steps to notify the user of the claim so that they may submit a counter-notification if appropriate.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

d. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the original complainant does not notify us within fourteen (14) business days that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material or re-enable access to it.
6. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We consider a repeat infringer to be any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had content removed from the Website on more than two separate occasions.
7. Modifications to Submitted Content
We reserve the right to modify or remove any content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy or applicable law, without prior notice and without liability to you or any third party.
